Special Interest Groups
Our monthly meetings focus primarily on general genealogical topics and our Special Interest Groups focus on specific areas of genealogical research.
We have established Special Interest Groups (SIGs), smaller informal workshops devoted to a single topic, that meet monthly. These provide the opportunity to meet and work with other genealogists in a small group setting. Currently, SIGs are organized on the following topics, and the meeting times are available on the website.
New groups are always welcome and guidelines have been established for those interested in starting a new group. Questions about establishing a Group should be addressed to the SIG coordinator chairperson, Christine Courtwright.
