Membership Information
Membership in The Villages Genealogical Society and its programs is limited to residents of The Villages, Florida.
New Membership is $10 which includes a one-time $5 membership fee and $5 for the first year's annual dues. Renewal dues are $5 per year. The membership fee is payable upon submitting your application for membership.
Applications can be obtained and completed at any monthly meeting of the Society. Applications can also be downloaded and mailed in to the Membership Chairperson. See application link below. Applications are not accepted at Special Interest Group meetings.
Funds collected are used for the Society's activities, including guest speakers, material handouts, and the purchase of genealogical resources and equipment.
Each member is entitled to attend the general monthly meeting of the Society and any of the meetings held by the Special Interest Groups.
Each member receives the Society's monthly newsletter and has access to our Members Only section.
