The Villages Genealogical Society
Update on Meeting Venues
The majority of our Special Interest Groups are now meeting in person but a few are continuing to meet using the Zoom platform. Please be sure to check for meeting updates on our "Coming Events" page, and contact the Special Interest Group coordinator if you have questions.

Our 18 Special Interest Groups (SIGs) provide the opportunity to regularly meet and work with other genealogists in a small group settting. Meeting monthly, the SIGs cover a wide variety of topics, from DNA research to regional ancestry studies. Targeted to both the tools and techniques of genealogy and research into your heritage, these small groups dive deep into specialized areas, providing insights and support for every level of researcher.
